AM I will premier at the 1500 seat Moore Theatre in Seattle USA in November 2008. A music and movement exploration, a journey and excavation of the issues of contemporary womanhood, summed up in a unique, story-telling style, utilizing different environments in site specific women-run venues such as homes, women's prison, and women-run strip clubs, these "work in progress" leading to the final destination of a large proscenium stage.

Haruko Nishimura:
She is co-founder of Music- Performance-Ensemble "Degenerate Art Ensemble" since 1993. Her works are blending of Physical-Theater, Butohdance und Experimental Live-Improvisation Music. She works with Meg Stuart / Damaged Goods, Shinichi Iova Koga/inkBoat and others.

Alenka Loesch:
Co-founded URO teatr koku with Shinichi iova-koga, member of Ten Pen Chii with Yumiko Yoshioka, Antagon Theatre Aktion with Minako Seki and Do Teatr touring throughout Europe, US, and Japan. She is a dancer, costume designer, Founder of company "ePheMere" in 2006.

Yuko Kaseki:
She studied Performing Art in HBK Braunschweig with Anzu Furukawa and member of her company Dance Butter Tokio and Verwandlungsamt in 1989-2000. Yuko Kaseki and Marc Ates found the dance company cokaseki in 1995, perform throughout Europe, Japan, Canada and the USA. "Ame to Ame" received the "Best Ensemble Performance" by Isadora Duncan Dance Award 2004 in San Francisco. "Let My Fish Loose" nominated "no-ballet, internationalen Dance Competition 2007" in Ludwigshafen and "Kudan" nominated "Toyota Choreography Award 2004" in Tokyo.


Kinya "ZULU" Tsuruyama:
formerly a member of Dai-Rakuda-Kan and artistic director of YAN-SHU (an internationally acclaimed Butoh company). YAN-SHU was nominated for multiple DORA Awards in 2005 for the best choreography and the best performance.

Miki Sato:
began her dance training at the age of 4, at first studying modern ballet, then classical ballet, modern dance and jazz dance. She join with multimedia performance unit NEST, a multimedia performance unit that makes full use of special architecture, equipment, visual images, lighting and sounds.

Keiko Ninomiya:
Contemporary dancer, choreographer in Toronto. Dance solo and collaboration with various dance group such as Matjash Mrozewski, Motus company and others. Member of Corpus, Green Tee, Company Zuke with Kinya "ZULU" Tsuruyama.
