Sara Enrich Bertran
My class aims to create a strong awareness of our body and explore our physicality. Through different sequences, we will focus on our spine and study our relation with the floor. We will work on details, body dynamics and different qualities which will bring us into versatility. The class is influenced by different dance techniques, yoga and my own research. It combines set sequences / combinations with improvisational tasks.
The goal of the class is to reach the body awareness into its maximum potential, connect with our senses, and play with imagination.
