Restorative Yoga
with singing Bowls

will calm and restore your body, soul and mind

Restorative yoga is about slowing down, is a meditation through yoga postures. It's an opening of the body through passive stretching. You will passthrough mainly lying and sitting asanas, that are designed to help the body and inner organs to deeply stretch, align and balance You often remain five to ten minutes in the same position, doing just a few postures in the duration of an hour. During these long holds of rest, your muscles and mind relax deeply. The feeling from this yoga class is one of surrendering, and letting time guide you There are props being used such as, bolsters, blocks, blankets or the wall, so they can support your body instead of your muscles, while you rest and focus on the vibrations of the singing bowls. The vibrations of the bowls, with different frequencies, are adding to your relaxation and they are massaging your body and inner organs Leaving a restorative class, you will feel like you had an excellent deep tissue massage together with an hour of contemplation and rebalancing of your being Restorative Yoga is a perfect addition to your active living and a great antidote to stress.

The Healing Art of Laughter

"When you laugh, your mind stops! No mind-no trouble-no
suffering. The only teaching is laughing and dancing
When there is a problem- laugh it away!
When all the problems resolve, what remains is the laughter!"
Papaji- PujaJi

The Healing Art of laughter is an approach between laughter yoga, dance, and meditation. Is a practice of prolonged voluntary laughter, that the body benefits from as from a spontaneous laughter. The benefits are lower blood pressure, reducing stress hormones, work the stomach muscles, improve cardiac health, boost T- cells, release endorphins and overall produce a feeling of happiness and well being. Join one of the best feelings in the world, the deep-rooted belly laugh. It can bring us together and establish a feeling of ONEness. Everything from a slight giggle to a cry out laughing can change a room of unfamiliarity to a warm family-like atmosphere. Smile, Laugh, Dance and live longer!

"Laughter is liberating, frees you from the inside. Laughing at the
human condition and thought patterns is an immediate liberation
from the thought itself. Awakening is not a serious business"
Eckhart Tolle

Leon Korošec
Sound Therapist, Registered Nurse, Massage and Ayurveda Therapist, Qi- Gong and Shiatsu Practitioner Born and raised in beautiful Slovenia. He arrived in Germany inspired by his profession and his love for music, which became his home since 2011. Currently lives and breathes in Berlin, while studying to become a natural healer with main focus on Ayurveda, Chinese medicine and different areas of meditation. As a classical ballet dancer and a flute player since young age, music has always been a big part of his life. But the real magic happened when he randomly came across the sound of Tibetan singing bowls through a yoga & meditation workshop he was attending. It was love at first sight. He started to dive deeper into the healing effects of sound, especially singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks. After an advanced practitioners training at Peter Hess Institute in Berlin, he became a certified sound massage therapist. Finally he practices sound therapy and different sound meditations, and makes concerts. Additionally, he is frequently collaborating with other therapists , who are offering yoga,
autogenic training, Qi- Gong classes, etc. He is also organising teaching workshops in the same field, regarding healing with sound and singing bowls. In 2015 he started studying at Campus Naturalis Akademie in Berlin, taking courses in Natural Healing, Ayurveda, Qi- Gong, Shiatsu and different meditation techniques, where he also met Mata. He is an Assistant Lecturer on meditation at the Akademie and later this year at the Akademie, will start a professional study on sound and its effects on physical and mental health. He is accompanying Mata at a Restorative Yoga class with the live sound immersion of 30 different singing bowls (Tibetan, Japanese, Chinese and crystal bowls) and other instruments. This meditation journey is designed to release stress, calms down the spirit and triggers the healing process of the body.
