The class focus on inner desire and clarity within ones artistic voice. Access creation, what if what we need rests with in us and that the body knows. Finding clarity, organise the mind, let our thoughts become movements. See what will happen when we channel those deep with in inquiries and discoveries. Class will start with body work, move to authentic movement/improvisation, alignment/technique, structure/choreography.
Yannis Adoniou, Artistic Director/Choreographer
Born in Athens Greece, Yannis Adoniou, a Goldie Award winning dancer is the founder and the Artistic director of the critically acclaimed San Francisco based dance company, KUNST-STOFF. A renowned choreographer and a master teacher he choreographs and conducts classes/workshops across the United States and Europe. In 2010 Adoniou founded KUNST-STOFF arts a studio/art space located in down town San Francisco that is designed to host performing and visual artists from around the globe.
