The essence of movement. We will work with the connections of body, mind and movement. I understand folding, rotation and sifts of weight as the three basic elements of movement. We will play with these elements and experience the possibilities that understanding offers. We will explore different parts of our body and different parts of our mind, always taking it into movement. Where does movement come from? What is the connection between body, mind and movement and how do they influence each other? My work is inspired by release technique, anatomy and movement exploration.
