Participants can get more familiar with the possibilities their bodies hold through the different dance techniques we learn during the classes. Warm-up starts with creative improvisation where we concentrate on our bodies inwardly. Later this concentration turns towards the outside world (space and partners). Then we move on to simple combinations of movements using elements learnt during the classes. We round the classes off with stretching, toning and relaxation.
