The training starts with a floor warm up- working on body awareness using the support of the floor, scanning the anatomic posture of the skeleton. The functionality of movement will be explored through exercises that are based on Feldenkrais and Alexander practice, and in that way the individual approach to own posture and body alignment will be encouraged. By awakening the body centre and the body peripheries (extremities), we will continue with verticality, where the floor will be still very present. In the standing part, however, the main emphasis will be placed on space, getting aware of the space and the directions in space, enlargement of the movement possibilities through the space awareness. Movement´s dynamic and musicality will support this work, bringing the alertness and sharpness to movement and mind.
