23-27 July + 30 July - 3 August, 10:00-12:00 (not 11:30)
(Nur Barzahlung, kein Urbansport)
Sherwood Chen's Morning Training starts the day with a warming torrent of movements across and through the floor to heighten kinaesthetic, motor and sensorial awareness. It is a sweaty inquiry—both individually and collectively—to test limit, drive, scale, fun, rigor, interchange and rhythm. Bring rigor, curiosity and an extra change of training clothes if you sweat a lot.
