This series of contemporary dance classes has the aim to awake the center of gravity in our body and to propel us to move differently in relation to the rhythm of the music by creating multiple connections with the space, the time and the other people surrounding us. During the training, we will focus on our grounding and the strengthening of our reflexes through exercises on the floor and in the vertical plane as well through combinations that will reinforce the neuro muscular coordination, speed, accuracy in detail, durability and memory enhancement. We will also focus on the idea that dance is a continuous creative process, no matter the time of repetitions. We will listen to one another and create movement dialogues to explore the fields of the action and the empty space between us, but at the same time, we will strengthen our own sacred space.
