3day BUTOH WORKSHOP
Dates: 20th-22nd April 2020
Venue: DOCK11 Saal 3, Kastanienallee 79, 10435 Berlin
Fee: 150€ Early registration: 130€ until March 16th
This workshop invites you to step out of your habits and physical patterns, to activate the source of your energy and discover the possibilities within your body.
The quality of movement and presence originates from our sensitivity, physical and emotional experiences. In this workshop, we tap into our own history and memories held in our bodies. We will explore the different ways of developing our potential through a deep and subtle approach and we will progressively become aware of the intimate parts of our humanity that have been neglected.
As the physical body and mind become stronger through training, the movement reaction comes from a deeper place within.
The workshop will be given in English and translated in German and French if needed.
