The workshop aims to explore contact improvisation as a state of consiousness. We will work with practices that are coming from the method ‘Choregraphy of thinking’,a research that I developed the last five years; and the ‘integration’ method which I use for therapeutic individual sessions and is part of my last ongoing choreographic research.
From the method ‘Choreography of thinking,’ I will share ‘The tactile attention’ tool, with the use of gaze (visible eyes) and attention (invisible eyes). This method guide throughout different states of mind and open the awareness between the inner, outer and middle space, which are co-existing in solo dance, group, contact improvisation and perfomance. The ability to equalizing the attention of your own physical body, the external space, the partner for the distribution of weight and effortless lifts.
We will slowly build the external attention, into the physical body, through the awareness of the eyes and the gaze. Building a multilayer web, within our physical body, and observing the movement of our gaze and attention to bring it into physicality.
Later in the workshop we will explore the ‘Integration’ method into dance and movement research, a tool to explore creative and organic ways of improvising, connect with the body for intuitive decision making, interact with space and partners.
The class explores improvised movements in solo, duo trio, and group constellations.

The masterclass is open to dancers, contact dancers, dancers, performers, movers.
Level from beginners to advance.. I separate the space in two part, to allow the explorations of the material in both levels.
