Voice is breathing made audible

How are breathing, body and voice connected? In this course you will discover how you can use your voice in a non-exhausting way. You will learn about the physiology of voice production and you will come to understand speaking as a holistic, whole-body activity. This will enable you to use your entire body as a source of sound.

Voice and breathing follow your consciousness

By being aware of your body as well as the space surrounding you, you are not forcibly breathing but allowing yourself to “be breathed”. By understanding the polarity of your body and the space around you, you are giving your voice direction and using the air as a canvas.

Become your breath – embody your voice

This course is aimed at anyone who uses their voice professionally (as a dancing or yoga instructor, teacher, speaker, etc.) and anyone who would like to explore their voice more. There will be possibilities for you to apply what you have learned.
