Subject: ¡AIMOR! A LISTENING OF OURSELVES A DAILY MOMENT.

I AM WONDERING IF GET A MOMENT IN SILENCE IN MY DAILY LIFE, IF I AM AWARE OF WHAT I AM, WHAT I AM DOING AND IF I DO ENOUGH CARE OF MYSELF: EATING, READING, PARTYING, HAVING SEX, SHARING, CARING... IN MY RELATIONSHIPS... OR IF I AM "JUST" LIVING WITHOUT ATTENTION OF MY PRESENT MOMENT AND LOVE?
WITHIN THIS WORKSHOP, I INVITE YOU TO MOVE YOUR BODY UNDER CONSCIENCE OF LOVE. WITH DIFFERENT TOOLS AND AWARENESS, STARTING FROM OURSELVES.
MY WORKSHOPS CAN become A PARTY ITSELF, A FUNERAL, A CATARSIS, A WEDDING, A RITUAL…
WE NEED TO BE OPEN AND STAY IN THE PRESENT WITH THE BIG TOOL OF ¡AIMOR = LOVE!

Fredy Carrillo

Human beings are in a constant search in life to know how to continue the path we are on. There is a clear connection between finding our own way, our relationships, and our daily actions. We are constantly looking for personal or group goals that are influenced by different physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states. Each one altered by the other in different ways and in different fields of action. How to integrate these states? (For more details, please scroll down).

The workshop seeks to offer a clear way to obtain knowledge and self-awareness through the body in movement. How can we find a bridge between reason and emotion? There is a bridge between reason and emotion. A conscious state of transformation between space, time and the interpreter. How to get these last two out of their everyday life and their seemingly "natural" way? CUERPO PRESENTE invites the artist and participants to get involved in that daily life and identify with the present.

The methodology is developed through concrete patterns of improvisation in altered states through different methods of meditation into physical development. Which are then framed in a real social context, or unreal. Generating different situations explored through rational control, trance, presence, resonance, dialogue, and stillness. What reflection do we do? How do we reach a physical or emotional state and transform it without losing our essence, our spirit? What tools do we use? How to recreate a clear space in another symbolically and develop the ability to play? Alexander believes life as a journey. During the journey, it is possible to identify emotions and themes, which are consciously transformed into performative states, physical risk, mental and spiritual practices. With space as an action in real-time. WE WILL DEVELOP IT in the present. Together with individual or group practices of instant composition, following performative guidelines, based on agreements established during each session.

It is not just an improvisation; It is a conscious laboratory work using improvisation as a technical tool. The session will combine with other movement techniques and challenging task. (gi-gong, elements of contemporary dance, composition among others).

Each one, from their own perspective and their experience, will illustrate the audience with their ideas, fears, insecurities, questions, and contradictions. Together with the creation process, we will frame it in an actual social context.

Guidelines and aims developed during the practical process:

• Tools of improvisation/decision making.
• Creative and practical elements in the research room.
• Create awareness of the body as a story / time construction in a space.
• Awareness of the "Action - reaction".
• Space awareness: individual, public, collective and private.
• Better process your internal organic sensations.
• Listening sensitivity.
• Theoretical material of personal research and bibliographic authors.
• Focus your attention on the "natural" character of your movements, authenticity.
• Personal knowledge through the your spirit and meditation.
. Own observation.
. Individual and group discussions
. The body, being a wild - animal in an emotional path.

These meetings are for all levels and are open to bodies and ideas in different fields. Dancers, artists, workers, engineers, stripers, lovers and ... are invited, no movement history is required. It requires a passion to explore the body, its own possibilities, frustrations and the fact of being alive.

"I believe today´s world needs art to heal, needs art to heal our bodies from our souls. Art as a tool of transformation. From our inner feeling and sensations. From our inner beast, being present. With a conscience practice. (Is not easy - for sure is fun). Then there is not past to regret of, there is not present to be disappointed of or future to be worry about. Just moments of learning. Moments of understand our own world, our inner beast, and our own life. So long, we can share and maybe understand others world life. A present to life and future to create." Alexander Carrillo
