Hanging from the Earth
Phänomene wie Gravitation sind Ursprünge der Bewegung. Ohne Schwerkraft können Menschen nicht laufen. Mit jedem Schritt fallen wir zum Mittelpunkt der Erde. Das Fallen bietet ein großes Potential für Bewegungen. Der Körper ist am Himmel aufgehängt. So ist der entspannte Körper offen für jeden Impuls. Wir empfangen in jeder Sekunde bewußt und unbewußt viele Informationen. Die Idee ist, dass der Körper des Tänzers durch diese Impulse sich zum Tanz bewegt.“ Minako Seki
„Phenomena like gravitation are the origin of every movement. Without gravitation the human being couldn‘t even walk. With every step he is falling to the middle of the earth. The falling has a huge potentiality for movements. The body is hanging from the earth. So the body is relaxed and open to any impulses. We perceive a lot of information every second – consciously or unconsciously. The idea is that the body of the dancer is moved by these impulses transferred to dance.“ Minako Seki
