if only i was a bear meets the featuring body
To put on a mask and play pretend. Can one truly exceed their own selves? A tamed animal, a battle field of contradictions, in some ways always under a disguise. The mask might be a concealment, but the body is inevitably conveying the confession of its experience and memory. In their hide is where one exposes most.

Following Zohar's invitation to share an evening Angela decided not to work on a piece in the sense of dramaturgical and representative structuring of body material, but rather to be a kind of "featuring body" for Zohar's piece “If only i was a bear”, presenting four short material-sketches dealing with:
1. the creature 2. the human 3. the dancer 4. the social animal
